Off to a good start! I think it was maybe 30 seconds after our handshake that Noah was on task. He is certainly able. Thankful I found this resource as I really don't find joy in taking my camper somewhere for service. Now that I trust the company, I ordered another add on service. Hope this helps. Noah fixed our slider can. He arrived early and was done in no time. Showed us the issue and how it was fixed. Also, provided answers to a few questions we had about other things (new RVers). We are near Durand so had to pay for extended travel distance, but we would not hesitate to call him again.

I had an electrical problem the manufacturer was unable to solve over the phone. Noah showed up and was able to diagnose the problem. He was very methodical. He listened to the history . He asked questions about the electrical issue. And came up with an resolution that made sense and solved the problem . He was very patient . He Asked about any other issues and answered more than a few newbie questions. I got lucky with this choice of repairman. I had scheduled elsewhere and was put off a couple times. Noah was here in a week and resolved the problem post haste. Will definitely use his services should any future issues arise.
